I was very worried when my old slide-and-tilt patio door decided to stop closing late on a Sunday night! Especially as I had a business trip the next week. Steve was able to come the next day and replace the broken parts there and then which was a huge load off my mind. He was also able to upgrade my door locks to anti-snap versions at the same time. All told, a prompt and professional service. What more could you ask for?
